Rookie Semester

To honor their son, Matt Luedke, our Fall '25 Rookie class met with the Luedke family and talked about the importance of Spikes and the lifelong connections that come with it. This is a semesterly tradition we hold close to our hearts.

Our Spring '20 Rookie class worked with a few active members and the Texas Lonestars to volunteer in their annual Project Princess Boutique Day as a part of their semester service projects.

A typical Rookie semester involves developing close-knit ties with the brothers of your Rookie class and exposing you to all the opportunities the Texas Iron Spikes provide. Some of the main events during your Rookie semester include:
